Our specialties include Systems Integration, Swiss Turning, 5+ Axis Mill-Turn Machining, CNC Milling and Turning, Precision Metal Fabrication as well as Heavy Fab and Machining. Resistance (Spot) Welding Equipment, Induction Heat Treating Equipment and Engineered Automated Assembly Systems manufactured by Taylor Winfield Technologies are offered exclusively in New England by Great Bay Technical Sales. Great Bay Technical Sales represents New England based manufacturers of single use and durable surgical instrumentation. We also manufacture dental and surgical implants from titanium and PEEK. Critical quality systems are registered to ISO-13485. We service the spine, orthopedic, endoscopy, cranial/facial and sealing technology markets. Products we manufacture include structural weldments and fabrications for security and power generation applications, vacuum chambers, precision shafts, tungsten and lead shielding, surgical instrumentation, medical equipment, optical housings and components for tactical equipment. GBTS represents the leading Tier 2, North American manufacturer of precision aircraft components, kits, assemblies and monolithic structures. With over square feet and 4 facilities including a plant in Mexico, we build components from the smallest bracket, to spars, control surfaces, aircraft door systems, electronics racks, skin panels and metal bonding. In addition to representing the largest independent applicator of Cerakote firearms coatings in the Northeast, we provide a full range of painting and powder coating services, silk screening and pad printing.
