As well as extensive experience on set I also worked as an educator and mentor for 6 years as a department head and instructor providing film and audio students to direction and tools for success in the industry.My Masters degree from Royal Roads University was in the field of Leadership Studies, and the tools I acquired from that experience have expanded my management capabilities beyond film and television. while at Royal Roads my major project was an examination of the interior British Columbia film and entertainment industries, and was completed as a requirement for graduation in 2015.
