ABOUT GRAZIELLA DJUIDJE DE PANDJA

With a deep curiosity for science and a commitment to improving healthcare, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Honours in Life Sciences at McMaster University. My academic journey and hands-on experiences in medical assistance, tutoring, and research have shaped my analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and passion for patient care.I have conducted quantitative chemistry and public health research, analyzing the thermal degradation of ascorbic acid to improve vitamin C stability and investigating the correlation between the Human Development Index (HDI) and malaria incidence to explore public health strategies. These projects have honed my data analysis, critical thinking, and research methodology skills, essential for evidence-based healthcare practices.Beyond research, my role as a Medical Assistant and Receptionist provided first-hand exposure to clinical environments, where I managed patient records, assisted with vitals, and enhanced communication between patients and healthcare providers. Additionally, my work as a Mathematics Tutor strengthened my ability to break down complex information, an invaluable skill in both patient education and scientific research.I am actively seeking hospital internships, research assistant roles, and opportunities to contribute to medical advancements.
