Professional with over 10 years of experience in the Automotive sector, I have developed skills ranging from sales to aftersales, including the reorganization of information processes for the implementation of a new company ERP. As a Sales Area Manager, I managed the top-performing area in terms of revenue and registrations in Italy, appointing 10 dealerships. As a Warranty Specialist in the Aftersales area, I manage relationships with 5 Parent Companies and support 120 multi-brand dealers nationwide in their reimbursement request process. After a long career in the automotive industry, I am looking for a new professional challenge. I am ready to take on new challenges in the retail sector as well, where I have previously coordinated 20 multi-brand agents and negotiated contracts with major distribution companies.
