I’m a supply chain and operations leader with 17+ years of experience supporting growth across the food and beverage industry, including CPG, protein, and fast-casual restaurant environments. I focus on helping organizations build resilient, scalable supply chains by strengthening execution, improving planning, and aligning teams around shared outcomes.At Slim Chickens, I’m part of the leadership team that supports supply chain strategy for one of the fastest-growing fast-casual brands in the U.S. I work closely with cross-functional partners to help ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time across a growing national footprint. A key part of my role is supporting franchisees through thoughtful planning, strong supplier partnerships, and continuous improvement while enabling innovation that enhances the guest experience.Previously, I spent 16 years at Tyson Foods, where I held roles across end-to-end planning and operations for a $10B+ protein business. I supported enterprise initiatives including demand and supply planning, network and capacity optimization across 37 facilities, and SAP IBP implementation. Through collaborative work with operations, commercial, and IT teams, we delivered meaningful cost savings while improving service and scalability.I’m passionate about connecting people, processes, and data to help teams make better decisions and execute more effectively.
