In my role as the President & CEO of the Central Texas Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, I lead our efforts to support and advance the commercial construction industry across Central Texas, encompassing Bell, Bosque, Coryell, Falls, Hamilton, Hill, Limestone, and McLennan counties. This strategic position involves engaging with a diverse board of directors and managing a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-tier services to over 240 member companies.My responsibilities are multi-faceted, focusing on the robust delivery of training, safety programs, benefits, and information crucial for our members\' success. I actively lead advocacy initiatives at multiple government levels to ensure that the interests of our members and the broader construction community are well-represented. Financial stewardship is key; I am tasked with overseeing the fiscal activities of the association, including comprehensive budgeting and sustainability. Furthermore, I play a pivotal role in community and stakeholder engagement, enhancing our chapter’s presence and influence within the industry.As President & CEO, I am committed to leading the Central Texas Chapter AGC into a future where it continues to be a cornerstone of support and advocacy for the construction industry in Waco and surrounding areas.
