About Grayson Willard

I’m someone who sees the gap between how things are and how they could be — and I’m driven to close it. My background is in aviation, but my mindset has always been about systems, leadership, and building what’s next. I’ve never been content just doing things the “standard” way. I ask questions, test assumptions, and push for better — whether it’s in processes, technology, or team dynamics. At the same time, I’ve learned the difference between momentum and noise. Not every problem needs to be re-engineered. Some things just need to be executed with clarity and consistency — and that’s something I’ve had to grow into as I’ve stepped into more leadership roles. These days, I’m building Kinetic Systems — focused on construction technology, site intelligence, and reality capture solutions that help forward-thinking teams stay safe, aligned, and ahead of schedule. I don’t take myself too seriously, but I take the work seriously. And I’m always interested in connecting with others who are challenging the way things have always been done — and building something stronger in the process.
