Managing all bodies of work and Engineering team members within the company, outside of the R&D group. Multiple Engineering departments were centralized into one group, named the “Engineering” Department. The Engineering department handles all company Engineering functions beyond R&D. Staffed with a total of 9 Mechanical, Electrical and Software Engineers among others, we serve a wide purpose within the company for both Internal and External projects. Reporting as a department directly to both the CEO and Partner Experience Operations, we support every function of the business from Manufacturing to Customer Service.
