These projects typically require an integrative contract delivery approach and specialized design-build or CM At-Risk contract methodology. In my 20 years in commercial real estate I\'ve also gained extensive experience in more general market sectors such as; office/commercial interiors, multi-family/mixed use, hospitality/retail/entertainment, and speculative industrial and office campus development.
