About Jane Gray
As Grants Coordinator at the Naples Children and Education Foundation, I am responsible for managing annual funding disbursements to over 50 non-profits in Collier County. I developed and maintain a Salesforce-based grants management system to track outcomes and goals, and oversee the intake, dissemination, and summary of grant applications for a 12-member committee each year. Additionally, I enhance the grant committee\'s processes with detailed reporting and analysis, and coordinate projects with local partners to address children\'s healthcare, advocacy, education, and hunger needs.In my free time, I am an MBA candidate at the University of Florida, with an estimated graduation of Spring 2025 (Go Gators!) Outside of work and the classroom, you will find me watching episodes of my favorite reality shows, practicing yoga, or volunteering with local progressive organizations.
