As a Senior Executive, I scale for growth and profitability for small to Fortune 100 organizations across retail, ecommerce, global investment management technology, financial services, and FinTech, including Goodwill Industries – Manasota, Inc, TIAA-CREF, Deutsche Bank, and Reuters. I am a turnaround leader solving complex challenges, turning around organizations from loss to profit through technology, marketing, innovation, process improvement, change management, finance and business acumen. I align all aspects of the business and stakeholders with a keen eye on the consumer, driving strategy, executive operations and support to improve efficiencies. I oversee the marketing, technology and foundation function for a $36M division of $3.3B organization with accountability of 18 regional retail stores driving revenue, leading Marketing function as well as technology, change management, fundraising, communications, and more. I increased profits two years in a row, YTD:$1.4M (above line)$1.9M (below line) while increasing transaction value by.94 cents and raising transactions by 1.35% in last six months. Previously, I took the business from $1M loss to $158K profitability through expense control and focus on revenue generation. I led numerous technology transformations – implemented technology POS system and MPLS network to +18 stores, serving ~ 500 employees, deployed new enterprise wide VoIP, new Purchasing system and SharePoint. I took a failing infrastructure to the cloud for users and led Trade Order Management System deployment for $6B AUM Hedge fund Company. Serve as Board Vice Chair of Women’s Resource Center of Sarasota & Manatee Counties and Seminar Leader for Landmark Worldwide, leading 3-month personal/professional growth seminars.
