We are an energy management consultancy which provides advice and guidance on the legalities of energy legislation, and in particular, provides expertise in implementing these requirements effectively. Including Climate Change Levy Taxation, CHP & CHPQA Management, Energy Saving Opportunity Scheme (ESOS), Streamlined Energy & Carbon Reporting (SECR), Medium Combustion Plant Directive (MCPD), Display Energy Certificates and ISO have over 25 years experience and work with clients in supermarkets & retail, hotels, leisure centres, hospitals, schools, research centres and other private and public sectors. Through the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) we are registered Low Carbon Consultants, Low Carbon Energy Assessors, ESOS Lead Assessors and EnMS Specialists.

For more than a decade, Sebastian has lead organisations, including 3 of his own. With over 17 years commercial experience and 14 years in the built environment with a focus on energy regulation & compliance, energy management, energy taxation and auditing services. Alongside this, Sebastian has gained extensive experience in the NGO and charity sectors throughout his career.At 2EA, Sebastian\'s focus is on providing advice and guidance on the legalities of energy legislation and working with businesses in meeting these requirements. He works with a diverse range of businesses, including FTSE-listed companies, SMEs, public sector entities and third-party organisations. When not engaged with clients, Sebastian manages the company\'s marketing, develops client services and new business, oversees P&L, handles budgets and addresses any legal requirements.Beyond his professional responsibilities, Sebastian served as an elected member of the CIBSE Council and participated in the Scientific Committee, where he reviewed technical papers for the annual technical symposium. Additionally, he held the position of Chair at the Rumford Club, an industry dinner debate club and served as the vice-chair and ambassador for PR & Comms for the IoD Berkshire branch.Sebastian holds a degree in Business Management with Marketing from the Open University and is currently dedicating personal time to obtaining an LLB from the University of Westminster.He is a Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) registered Low Carbon Consultant, Low Carbon Energy Assessor, ESOS Lead Assessor, and EnMS Specialist.Sebastian\'s contributions have been featured multiple times in industry magazines, including the CIBSE Journal, where he was recognised for his skill in auditing within energy management.
