Partner closely with clients to achieve their business goals, effectuate diversity, inclusion and equity efforts, and elevate their workplace culture. Adept collaborating with clients in a wide range of industries – such as education, software and technology services, real estate and construction, financial services, retail, and manufacturing – to ensure their business is strategically compliant with applicable law. Deliver presentations and author articles on labor and employment topics, including: LGBTQ legal protections, pay equity, National Labor Relations Board developments, diversity and inclusion in the legal profession and generally,#metoo and anti-harassment generally, COVID-19 related issues, and legal developments under Illinois law. Active as National Bar Association L&E Section vice chair and Conference co-chair; Women’s Coalition board member and Diversity & Inclusion Committee co-chair; Chicago Committee board member; Illinois Equal Justice Foundation board member and Cannabis Task force Leadership Team Member; dedicated mentor to diverse associates and students.
