   Support and advise a diverse US and international staff of professionals in support of Conservation International\'s vision and mission. • Partner with managers and executives to provide guidance, input and support in the areas of workforce planning, retention risks, talent management, business unit restructures, and succession planning. • Serve as adviser and consultant to managers on HR related issues, including staffing and hiring, immigration, compensation, performance management, employee relations, mediation, progressive discipline, employee improvement plans, and separations. • Manage the immigration process for headquarters employees, including H-1B, L-1, and PERMs. • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing coaching and alleviating managers’ and employee’s anxiety throughout the process while ensuring compliance with policy and laws. • Conduct thorough and objective investigations, analyze findings and make recommendations, partnering with General Counsel as appropriate. • Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation to managers and employees. • Developed and built sustainable best practices in recruiting, including executive search. • Partner with division heads and key staff members to facilitate organizational survey results.
