About Mark Grassick
I have over a decade of accumulated knowledge and experience in multiple disciplines in the digital industry. Having started my professional career in 2003 as a developer, I have progressed rapidly through a number of roles to Senior User Experience Architect having led multi-disciplinary teams in large global projects. I have worked on a wide range of projects including mobile (Android/iPhone) applications, B2B, B2C websites enterprise level applications, campaigns and software design. Each project considers the strategic, technical, aesthetic and functional requirements of the project with a heavy focus on user’s needs. My designs are based on user research, usability testing and an iterative design process employing both Scrum and Agile methodologies. I am a organized, self-motivated and collaborative UX designer. My background of both corporate and agency environments mixed with a strong blend of design and development skills have given me the necessary experience to understand the individual requirements of both the business and the user.
