About Grant Russell
I have 12+ years of experience in adult learning & development, performance management, and HR operations. I\'m certified in organizational and leadership coaching, and I\'m also a graduate student at Northwestern University where I’m studying organizational development, social psychology, organizational learning, strategy, change management, coaching, and design. My team, Googler Reviews and Development, is designing and delivering simple, impactful, and equitable performance management programs that accelerate Googler development and impact and fuel business success. In my current role, I\'m focused on helping transform Google\'s internal promotion process globally for 180k+ employees.
