About Grant Stoltman
My passion for nutrition began in the kitchen, cooking meals for my brother while our parents were at work. As my skills grew, I joined a competitive culinary team, where I saw firsthand how food fosters connection, self-expression, and community. This experience shaped my perspective on nutrition as more than sustenance but as a foundation for well-being.Now, as a student studying nutritional biochemistry and metabolism at Case Western Reserve University, I’m exploring the intersection of nutrition and healthcare.
