An early career in the upstream oil and gas business including development and E&P, combined with extensive experience in sales/account management, product management and marketing along with an MBA earned at the University of Dallas. Highlights of the last eight years at Shell include major account responsibility over Rush Enterprises increasing sales by over 100% over a 4-year period and always meeting plan goals during varied economic environments. I am most proud of my role while a product manager in helping move Rain-x Wiper blades from less than 1% market share, to the number one market share wiper blade in the US in less than six years. Stabilizing sourcing issues out of S. Korea and investigating new sourcing out of China during those years was a highlight and crucial to the product\'s growth.
