As EDR\'s Historic Preservation Services Leader, I am responsible for coordination of matters related to historic preservation and architectural history, including oversight of the Historic Preservation team (comprised of 7 architectural historians) within the Cultural Resources Practice Area. Duties include project management and task coordination with other Practice Areas; proposal completion for a variety of clients including municipalities, agencies, energy developers, and real estate developers; and quality assurance/quality control of deliverables ensuring that all documents are completed to internal standards and protocols as well as state and federal guidance (where applicable). Projects include historic resources surveys for renewable energy projects (offshore and onshore) and municipalities; historic tax credit projects; National Register of Historic Places nominations; and State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and other agency coordination across a diverse portfolio in the northeast, mid-Atlantic and midwestern markets.
