About Grant Raney

Grant Raney is Co-founder of Impact Energy Partners. Prior to joining Impact Energy Partners, Grant spent 5 years working for Chesapeake Energy as a petroleum Landman predominantly working the Utica Shale of Ohio. He was instrumental in navigating the ambiguous oil and gas laws of Ohio and he played a strategic role in negotiating multiple trades and agreements with various operators in the Utica. While working the Utica, he was able to acquire and unitize over acres of leasehold through drilling. Grant also has experience in Wyoming, Colorado, Texas and Oklahoma.Grant graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors in Business Administration with emphasis in Energy Management. He is co-chair of the public relations committee for the Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landman and is an active volunteer and part of the steering committee with the Oklahoma City Youth for Christ West division.Impact Energy Partners is currently seeking funding upwards of $100 million and is actively evaluating producing projects to purchase.
