As Senior Systems Coordinator at BIOptimizers, I lead administration and optimization of the Atlassian suite, Google Workspace, Slack, and Toggl Track, driving efficient project management and team collaboration. I spearhead system migrations, develop custom automations using tools like Zapier and Google Apps Script, and enhance processes to support scalable growth, aligning with BIOptimizers’ mission to alleviate human suffering through “BIOptimization”—achieving optimal health, performance, and aesthetics. With nearly a decade in sustainable agriculture, I previously managed R&D at a state-of-the-art vertical farm, mastering hydroponics and plant science, and spent nine years at Enterra Feed Corporation, a pioneer in industrial insect production. As R&D Manager at Enterra, I honed my leadership skills, building cohesive teams to support the vision of feeding and caring for the world—a passion I carry forward.
