I\'m a recruiter by trade, talent executive, and dad for life (<- the best job). With 20 years in the talent acquisition space ( 🫣 Can that really be true!)—from scaling early-stage startups to leading company-wide recruiting strategies at high-growth, mission-driven organizations, and running my own shop more than a couple of times —I’ve been fortunate to grow teams that change lives.Currently, I lead Talent Acquisition at Private Health Management, where we’re building a team that puts patient-first healthcare on a whole new playing field. I’ve also served as SVP of Talent at Syapse, helping scale a world-class team at one of Fast Company’s “Most Innovative Companies” transforming cancer care through real-world evidence and precision medicine. In-between all this I\'ve also run The Talent Brokerage, working as a Fractional Head of Talent for forward-thinking companies, including Private Health and Syapse. who both eventually made me an offer I couldn’t refuse.
