I lead EY’s Future of Work research programme. This involves- Creating global Future of Work insights to guide our clients from talent shortages and skills fractures to talent sustainability and organisational adaptability- Researching work and talent trends using primary and secondary methods- Crafting client Future of Work strategies and action paths, via workshops, events and project work - Presenting EY\'s FoW insights and perspectives globally at events and in the media- Teaming with our Service Lines, Sectors and Clients to create thought leadership that elevates EY\'s brand in the marketplace.
