About Grantley Martelly
I am senior executive, project manager, and consultant with experience in public transportation, strategic visioning, operations, revenue development, safety, security, property assessments and transactions, strategic planning, sustainability, government and stakeholder relations and project management. I have also been involved in environmental, sustainability, safety and performance and quality management leading the organization to ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and OSHAS 18001 certifications. These experiences and skills have allowed me to contribute to projects and strategic planning in the US and in India. Managing organizational growth and excellence in the present while preparing for the future requires planning, execution, operational excellence and performance measurements against specifically aligned goals, without compromising creativity and flexibility. It is my desire to help others to prepare for and achieve operational excellence in their organizations around the world. I am the founder and host of Above The Noise, a podcast at the intersection of faith, race and reconciliation.
