I build systems that turn complex inputs into measurable outcomes.My work sits at the intersection of product, data, and operations—identifying the critical variables that drive performance, structuring systems around them, and executing in a way that scales.I started in product development, leading design and launch of consumer and outdoor products across multiple categories. At Cascade Designs, I drove product and brand relaunches that increased unit sales by 23.6%, added $5.9M in revenue, and moved product lines into top market positions.I then moved into data systems in oilfield operations, where I designed and implemented real-time data tools, dashboards, and workflows that replaced decades of fragmented information and enabled organization-wide visibility.As Founder of Delta Athletics, I built and scaled a training business by developing the full product system—from onboarding and evaluation to programming and delivery—using performance and body composition data to drive measurable athlete development.More recently, I’ve been building a modern training and business platform using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, VS Code, Supabase, Next.js, Vercel) with integrated payments through Stripe—connecting client management, training delivery, and performance tracking into a single system.
