About Grant Higgins
I have always had a special talent for identifying limitations and streamlining workflows to ensure seamless project progression and timely completion. By pursuing my MS in Finance simultaneously with my BS in Sport Management, I am developing technical, managerial, and personal skills. This passion alongside my communication and technical acumen allows me to be a great team member. I am a highly versed worker with a keen eye for detail. In my position as Program Assistant for the MS in Finance program, I updated data daily for 180+ current students, as well as over 500 potential students. I used my attention to detail to find and correct any errors whilst keeping our program website and database up to date. In my role as a Member Sales Representative for Crunch Fitness, I utilize my problem-solving and crisis-eversion skills to help preserve 15+ leary clients while also using communication and strategic-thinking skills to boost member sign-up rates through face-to-face pitches and tailored outreach messages to customers interested in our facilities. When I am not studying or working, I enjoy weightlifting, participating in sports, exploring different movie genres, and traveling. I am a highly competitive team-oriented player with a passion for efficiency and helping find solutions for those around me. I take pride in using my experience and knowledge to assist in educating and empowering others. I am excited to see where my future will lead at Texas A&M as well as after.
