   At GitLab, I\'ve led highly strategic product initiatives in Security and Compliance, consistently delivering capabilities resulting in significant impact, including key security policy features and multiple major deals. Contributions include- Driven the development and maturity of critical security policies, enabling use cases such as shifting left in the SDLC, enhancing code review processes with 4-eyes principle, and securing pipelines through Scan and Pipeline Execution Policies- Shipped over 60 customer-facing features and numerous backend improvements, enhancing user experience and product functionality. Key releases I\'ve supported in some capacity include upgraded Slack App and Jira integrations, MR approval policies (and numerous enhancements), Pipeline Execution Policies, and the Compliance Status Report/Custom Compliance Frameworks- Leveraged AI tools (Duo/Claude/Gemini/Cursor) and python script automations to accelerate the product development lifecycle to automate release post generation, facilitate rapid design/prototype generation, and analyze customer feedback to inform roadmap planning, create customer support tools, and create PM automations- Cultivated strong customer relationships, actively partnering with CSMs, Engineers, and Sales to resolve escalations and ensure product alignment with customer needs for major clients in Financial Services, Government, Telecomm, Healthcare, and many others. I\'ve conducted over 150 distinct customer interviews to gather feedback and inform product direction- Led and mentored cross-functional teams, establishing regular syncs to ensure alignment and success across various product stages and contributing to the successful handoff and early direction setting for the Compliance group- Exhibited a strong iterative mindset, breaking down complex features like pipeline execution policies into manageable improvements and validating solutions through customer experiments and beta releases.
