Currently focused on the following projects and responsibilities: • Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial, licensing and privacy agreements, along with related supplementary documents, with customers, partners and other third parties in order to support ambitious market expansion initiatives across the Americas. • Monitor and analyze new and evolving laws, regulations and industry standards affecting the technology industry, with a focus on software, SaaS, cybersecurity and AI, adapting legal terms and processes as necessary. • Collaborate with legal team across the globe to support goals and decision-making capabilities of internal business units, including sales, finance, product, risk, marketing, operations and customer success. • Manage commercial contract workstream and legal assistant workflow, including personnel training and development; manage ongoing and rapid scaling of US team. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage and address risks to business, including resolving disputes and managing conflicts or other atypical situations.
