ABOUT GRANT CHAPMAN-CLARKE

An e-Learning Content Producer and Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience, I specialize in leading global, multicultural teams to deliver complex projects in fast-paced international environments. My expertise lies in Agile project management, Scrum methodologies, and leveraging technology to enhance collaboration and efficiency.At DHIS2 (University of Oslo), the world’s largest health management information system used in over 100 countries, I\'ve served as Scrum Master for the training and communications team spread across multiple continents. For the past four years, I\'ve introduced the team to Scrum, and led all Scrum ceremonies—Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives—ensuring effective communication and alignment with project goals.In addition to my Scrum Master role, I manage training and communications projects, collaborating with international stakeholders—including ministries of health, UN agencies, and NGOs—to tailor materials that meet diverse cultural and regional needs. I’ve produced and edited multimedia content, organized virtual and hybrid events, and implemented digital asset management solutions to streamline content organization.Previously at QA Ltd, I applied Agile methodologies to manage content development projects. I led the creation of technical courses in Cloud Computing, AI & Machine Learning, and InfoSec, as well as soft skills courses like ITIL 4 and PRINCE2. Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts, I developed unique web-based learning solutions, enhancing the educational experience for a diverse learner base.My journey began as President of the University of Portsmouth Students’ Union, where I honed leadership and strategic planning skills by chairing the Board of Trustees for a £1 million charity and leading a team to achieve university-wide goals.I hold an MA in Education from Oxford Brookes University and a BA in Media Studies & Entertainment Technology from the University of Portsmouth.
