I build leadership teams at cutting-edge tech companies creating the world\'s most innovative products.My firm, Parker Remick, is a boutique search firm that specializes in engineering and product roles. We go as early-stage as seed/Series A and as late-stage as Google and Walmart. Our clients include household names (Instacart, Figma, Asana, Square) and very early-stage companies that will define the years to come. I\'ve worked across sizes and disciplines, but one thing remains the same: I\'m curious about people and technology, and I want to connect leaders to their next impactful steps in their career journeys.My role is to directly lead client engagements, design research strategies, manage candidates through a delicate and often stressful process. I\'m proud of my ability to approach this work with collaboration, humility, and a sense of curiosity.
