Fortunately, with a range of experience covering UKAS accreditation of laboratories and inspection bodies to the various management ISO certifications, the every day opportunities of business and operational improvement are now challenges rather than an obstacles. Managing emergencies at company and national level for GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE positions has increased experience and enhanced awareness for process interaction and team transformation. Chair of the National Incident Management group for the UK water industry.
