Morgan, Grant became the Chief Financial Officer at Clippinger Investment Properties, a regional boutique real estate investment company located in Los Angeles, CA. Throughout his career, Grant has worked with high net worth and family office clients as well as large institutional investors in a fiduciary capacity. From capital raise and common equity syndication to sourcing and execution of all acquisition and loan financing efforts, Grant has been a key decision maker in business plan execution. Investment strategies in multi-family, office, industrial and retail product types have ranged across all risk spectrums from stabilized core to ground up development.Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Grant began his career as an audit associate with Ernst & Young in New York, NY. Grant holds a B.S. in Accounting and Marketing from Fairfield University
