With over 10 years of experience in the handling systems industry, I am a passionate and driven sales and engineering leader who strives to deliver innovative and customized solutions for a diverse range of clients. As the Handling Systems Sales Manager at Schmalz USA, I oversee the national sales strategy, budget, and performance, as well as the engineering and inside sales teams, for the handling systems product line. I have successfully increased the sales revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction by developing and executing effective sales plans, training and coaching the sales and engineering staff, and managing complex and high-value projects. I have also partnered with key stakeholders, such as suppliers, distributors, and end-users, to build strong and lasting relationships and to ensure the alignment of the handling systems solutions with the customer needs and expectations. My core competencies include training, project management, and management, as well as a solid background in mechanical engineering, which I obtained from my MS degree from North Carolina State University and my BS degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
