About Grant Romero

I am a Junior at Purdue University majoring in Business Analytics and Information Management with a minor in Computer Science. Through my coursework, involvement in various organizations, and experience starting my own business, I have developed a strong passion for data analytics and marketing. By integrating information systems, finance, and management, I have learned to leverage analytical tools and strategic insights to drive well-informed business decisions.Last summer, I had the opportunity to intern at the National Association of Home Builders in Washington, D.C, as a Business Solutions Intern. During this experience, I worked on data-driven projects to enhance business operations, gaining hands-on experience in analytics and problem-solving within a professional setting.Beyond academics, I am actively involved in several extracurricular organizations that enhance my knowledge and professional network. I am a member of the Business Analytics and Information Management Association, where students collaborate to enhance the B.A.I.M. student experience through networking and skill development. Additionally, I participate in the Purdue Marketing Association, where we explore innovative marketing strategies and learn from industry experts. I am also involved in the Financial Management Association, where members engage in discussions on financial strategies and gain insights from guest speakers.These experiences have strengthened my analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, preparing me for a future career at the intersection of data analytics, marketing, and business strategy.
