   I currently work in the business technology department with Trove Brands, the company behind BlenderBottle, Owala, Avana, and Whiskware (https://trovebrands.com/). I wear a few different hats at Trove- I oversee IT security, day-to-day IT operations, software project management, and focus on infrastructure and other \"big picture\" initiatives. I currently have a management role, but I still get to contribute to some amazing projects, including but not limited to: • Implement and maintain PCI-DSS compliance and other security initiatives, including performing security scans, initiating phishing training, network monitoring, and white-hat hacking for system hardening purposes • Research programs and hardware that innovate and improve the day-to-day processes in finance, sales, marketing, purchasing, and shipping departments • Bridge communication gaps between departments and oversee internal programming projects • Monitor and troubleshoot servers and ERP programs, such as Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, SalesPad, TrueCommerce, Shipworks, and WorldShip; currently completing extensive research towards a new cloud ERP system • Manage the operations team, responsible for all system and network administration and day-to-day technology solutions for an organization of 230+ • Measure SLAs for system, network, and individual user up time with a focus on improving momentum • Contribute to major Trove construction projects, including designing A/V systems, network expansions, wireless maps, and server room infrastructure
