ABOUT GRANT PEMBERTON

After spending 6 years (20••••10) in Shanghai, China, Grant returned to Spokane, WA, in June of 2010 to become a third generation business leader at Scanivalve Corp.While in China, Grant was an English lecturer at Fudan University\'s Department of College English and Department of Student Exchange Hong Kong University English Preparatory Program. During his time at Fudan, Grant also had the opportunity to audit courses in the School of International Relations and Public Administration’s (SIRPA) English Master of Arts Program and the International MBA program in cooperation with MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Grant also completed two years of Chinese language study at Fudan’s International Cultural Exchange School. Other position held were Montana State University Chinese student recruitment specialist, Professional and Educational Services International’s China and World Affairs: International Relations and Economics program director, and 1to1 Language Ltd marketing director.At Scanivalve Corp, Grant completely reengineered the quality management system in order to obtain ISO9001 re-certification and managed the company’s export control program. In April of 2013, Grant joined Honeywell Electronic Materials as a Technical Analyst in the Quality department. At Honeywell, he continues to be a change agent for process improvement and total quality management. In June 2013, he attended Honeywell\'s Operating System (HOS) training in Richmond, VA. He also obtained his Six Sigma Core Green Belt certification.Since December of 2015, Grant has been serving as the Production Manager for xCraft. In a seven month period, he has established and managed manufacturing processes and supply chain, both domestically and in China, which successfully met quality requirements for distribution to big box retailers BestBuy (US) and LittleBit (Switzerland).
