About Grant Patch
I coordinate outreach activites for Fenway Health\'s Access: Drug User Health Program. Harm reduction programming includes: mobile- and street-based outreach, overdose prevention education, Narcan distribution, post-overdose outreach with community partners, and assisting in the Access drop-in center as needed. I am working to expand outreach activites via the POST Expansion Project, where I manage partnerships with over a dozen community stakeholders, governmental departments, and mutual aid groups, as well as community engagement events, outreach, and messaging.
