Construction professional with comprehensive and diverse project experience. I am focused on exceeding the expectations of my clients by being an advocate for their needs, setting a high standard, and delivering optimized projects on time and on budget.During my career I have worked on a vast array of project sizes and scope ranging from $1 million to $100+ million. The scope of my project exposure includes higher education, sports facilities, laboratory, cleanroom, high-tech, music venues, healthcare, high/low-rise office buildings, high-rise student housing, parking structures, retail, remodel, LEED, and Design-Build projects.Professionally my focus and attention re-centered toward an emphasis on the leadership and development of my peer group and project teams. I\'m working to build them into the becoming the best professionals they can be thereby stimulating a culture of excellence within my circle of influence. My goal is to create a self-sustaining model that grows and grows with each new generation that is invited in.In my free-time my life is filled to the brim with my wife and 4-kids. Weekends are filled with family and the kids competitive sports programs, Pallan family commitment to the Denver Broncos, house-hold projects, laughter and love. We\'re empowered to provide a family environment for our kids that promotes personal responsibility, accountability, compassion, health, nutrition, fitness, education, hard work, leadership, faith, and a relentless pursuit for improvement in all things.
