SUMMARY I have spent over 20 years working in clinical and management roles within the New Zealand Health Sector and latterly in Senior Project/Portfolio and Change Management Roles. My skills are in in service planning and policy development, strategy, leadership, project and change management, stakeholder engagement, services redesign and research. In I was an International Reviewer of The (World Bank) Bretton Woods Report -\'Attacking Global Poverty\'. In 2002 I was awarded a World Health Organisation Fellowship for international study in primary lead sectors with a focus on integration of health and disability services within a primary lead environment. In 2007 I undertook a sabbatical to study innovative primary health care delivery designs within London’s National Health Service (NHS). In recent years I have put my skills towards the development of new models of service delivery: Integrated Health Services for Raukura Hauroa O Tainui Integrated paramedics and rural hospitals Integrated Health Services for the South Waikato District Integrated Health Services for the Ruapehu District My research interests are in sustainable rural health services with an emphasis on primary lead integration and inter-professional workforce development. I have also researched admission avoidance strategies for rural elderly. I am a founding Director of an NGO Web-health - an online link to health and wellbeing information. I believe that sustainable health care particularly to rural populations can only be achieved through redeveloped primary care services as a single point of entry to all health care. Specialties:* Research, qualitative and quantitative * Project, Program and Portfolio Management * Rural Health * Rural Heath Services Integration * Mental Health Services Redesign * Stakeholder engagement and community consultation
