I\'m a builder first and foremost. I gravitate toward values-driven organizations where I can help create something meaningful from the ground up.My foundation was built at AWS, where I joined during the critical early-growth stage in 2008. Over 15+ years at Amazon, I led sales teams, drove enterprise growth, and developed deep expertise in talent assessment as a Bar Raiser, conducting over 1,300 interviews and contributing to hundreds of successful hires across dozens of job families.After stepping back to invest time in family, I discovered that the skills honed at Amazon (operational rigor, talent development, scaling systems) translate powerfully to a different context. I\'m now Director of Operations at Everbridge Law Group, a founder-stage estate planning and business law firm where I oversee HR, Finance, and IT. Building the operational infrastructure for a 28-person firm launched by experienced partners has been energizing in ways I didn\'t anticipate. Feels like Day 1 again!

   Director of Operations at a boutique estate planning law firm serving high-net-worth individuals and families. I oversee finance, operations, IT, and human resources, managing everything from financial planning and analysis to hiring, vendor relationships, and technology infrastructure. I deliver strategic recommendations to the principal attorneys while leading day-to-day operational execution, including system migrations and process improvements that support both efficiency and the firm\'s commitment to its values-driven, client-centered culture. Joining only a few months after the firm\'s founding has given me the opportunity to help shape our foundational systems from the ground up. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, HR, and operations, with a focus on enabling the attorneys and staff to do their best work.
