ABOUT GRANT MORSE

I\'m a senior at The University of Cincinnati’s Linder College of Business, majoring in Marketing and Information Systems. Over the summer, I interned as a Sales & Service Associate at Western & Southern Financial Group. In this role, I provided life insurance and annuity recommendations, resolved client inquiries, conducted follow-up and non-sales outbound calls, processed service transactions and new business applications, and supported producer licensing. In addition, I obtained my Life and Health License. This experience enhanced my ability to deliver exceptional customer service and refined my attention to detail and problem-solving skills. I am continuing in this role part-time while in school.Prior to my internship I worked as a delivery driver at LaRosa\'s in Cincinnati, where I learned the importance of customer service by embracing their customer experience framework and training. In high school, I interned with Harrison High School\'s athletic director, where I sharpened my skills in creating on-site and social media experiences. I successfully promoted various athletic programs, expanding our follower base.As a lifelong two-sport athlete, I\'ve developed qualities like discipline, commitment, and teamwork, which I believe are crucial in the field of marketing and information systems.I\'m looking forward to leveraging these experiences and learning new skills in an intern position in summer 2025.
