Director of Quality, Safety and Compliance. Accountable manager for Part 145 repair station and Jett Pro DER. Development and implementation of Jett Pro Safety Management System (SMS) for part 145 repair station modeled after the FAA framework and ICAO, created and implemented an SMS manual, training, forms and checklists. Provided guidance to the safety committee. Implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) modeled after ISO,9001:2015 to include IEP audit check list and training. The position requires Internal audits and evaluation of all 18 Jett pro line maintenance locations nationwide, performance of root cause analysis, implementation of corrective action, process improvements and performance assessment. Interaction will all customer quality departments, customer external audit processes and corrective action request if any, trend monitoring and analysis. Monitoring and implementation of training for Jett pro employees at all 18 locations. Repair Station manual upkeep and revisions to all Jett Pro part 145 manuals to include SOP and EASA supplement and all foreign license authorizations. Training and guidance of managers in Jett Pro policies and procedures Part 145, 121 and 135 requirements for quality and maintenance. Responsible for OPSpec revisions and upkeep utilizing WebOps software. First point of contact with FSDO for all FAA FAR compliance and any FAA audit requirements. Verification of compliance with FAA AWP-290 SAS inspections utilizing the SAS and CHEP audit checklist. Jett Pro Line Maintenance specializes in providing maintenance contract services for Part 121 and 135 air carriers throughout the continental USA. We hold the largest FAA 145 repair station for Line maintenance authorization D107 Opspecs, also DGAC,TCCA, EASA, MLTM, JCAB, and CAA certified. Jett Pro services 82 air carriers in 18 locations serviceing both domestic and international airlines. In 2015 Jett Pro handled over flights with an on time performance of 98.1%.
