About Grant Horwitch

I’m currently a Sports Administration major at the University of Miami, with a minor in Music Business & Management, pursuing opportunities at the intersection of sports, entertainment, and live events. I’ve built a strong foundation in leadership and event operations through my work at Camp Horseshoe, where I serve as both a Head Counselor and Events Staff member. I lead and mentor a group of campers while also helping plan and execute large-scale programs for over 200 participants. These experiences have strengthened my ability to manage logistics, work in fast-paced environments, and create engaging experiences for large groups. My background also includes several years volunteering with Keshet, where I supported individuals with disabilities in sports and recreational programming. This experience helped me develop adaptability, communication skills, and a leadership style centered on inclusion and impact. I’m especially interested in internships with sports teams and agencies, with a focus on roles in team operations, player personnel, and organizational management. I’m also interested in opportunities within music management companies, where I can gain experience working with artists, coordinating operations, and contributing to the business side of the industry. I’m eager to continue learning, bring energy to a team environment, and gain hands-on experience in both the sports and music industries.

   Served as head counselor for a cabin of 11-year-old boys at an overnight camp, helping build self-esteem, friendships, and independence.• Mentored, coached, and supported boys of all ages throughout 8 weeks of the summer.• Guided campers in maturing and growing as young individuals.• Led weekly discussions focused on personal growth and developing empathy toward others.
