Can you be a person who loves logic, strives to be a perfectionist but still enjoys engaging with people?I thrive on using logical thought combined with interdependent teams to realize combined success. I believe as important is having a great relationship with a diverse set of customers and team members – and here I believe that the key factor is diversification, for if we were all the same then we would always only arrive at the same results. In my career I have moved from a purely development background through almost all the traditional disciplines in a company, including Project Management, Product Management, Sales, Head of Department and a lot of tea/coffee making in between. During this time, I learnt what I would classify as the fundamentals to being ‘good at what you do’: effective hard work and building relationships based on mutual trust.The journey has led me here as co-founder of a company with a great team and valued customers around the world.
