Supervise a sub-team of 2-4 full-time process engineers- Designated as internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Overpressure Protection and Process Modeling- Serve as lead process engineer on Sargent & Lundy\'s largest oil and gas project to date -$7.7 million-dollar (engineering budget) sour gas midstream project, encompassing 5 compressor stations,~50 interconnects and meter skids, 15 valve stations, 10 redelivery / offload points, and ~270 miles of pipeline. PE stamped and signed all process deliverables- Developed a methodology for conducting dynamic PSV sizing evaluations for fire scenarios, resulting in up to 40% reduction in PSV orifice sizes, leading to considerable cost savings for clients.
