My career with United Protective Services began in 2004 as a Security Officer. Over the past 21 years, I have advanced through the organization by earning leadership roles across operations, client management, and regional oversight.I have held positions including Security Officer, Site Supervisor, Field Training Officer, Scheduler, Operations Manager, Account Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Vice President. This progression has shaped a leadership approach rooted in accountability, operational knowledge, and strong client relationships.I believe effective security leadership requires presence, responsiveness, and trust. My focus is on delivering reliable security services that support property operations and provide confidence to ownership and management teams.I was honored to be named Houston BOMA Allied Professional Member of the Year (2019). More recently, the San Antonio BOMA Chapter recognized United Protective Services as Allied Member of the Year for 2025, underscoring our team’s dedication to client service and long-term partnerships.
