Open Door Practitioner roles enhance the provision of welfare and wellbeing support within academic departments. Practitioners are part of the Open Door Team within the university. The Open Door Team is a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals who work with students who are experiencing psychological and mental health difficulties.The post involves Initial Assessment, therapeutic interventions (1-4 sessions) or Case Management as appropriate following assessment.
