As the Head of Operations (Ambulance Radio Programme) at Telent Technology Services Ltd, I lead the delivery of a vital national program that enhances and supports the radio communications network for the ambulance service in England. With over 15 years of experience in communications, infrastructure, and IT change, I excel at managing complex projects and programs throughout the whole life cycle, collaborating with dependency project streams, interfacing with clients and third party suppliers, and deploying technology to deliver successful business-led IT solutions. My core competencies include program management, documentation and sign-off, communication, and security. I hold a Prince2 Practitioner certification and an ITIL certification, which demonstrate my proficiency and knowledge in project and IT service management. I also have skills in LLU, Vontu, and ITIL Process, which enable me to manage network and IT solutions for various sectors and stakeholders. I am passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes that meet the needs and expectations of the emergency services, the government, and the public.
