A member of the Walmart Canada Executive Committee reporting to the President and CEO, and globally to the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer of Walmart International, leads the market\'s multi-disciplinary Ethics and Compliance team and its mission to embed a culture of compliance and purpose-driven leadership that builds trust as a competitive advantage. The team is comprised of subject matter experts and compliance professionals who build, embed and monitor programs to mitigate risks arising in the following areas: anti-corruption, anti-trust, labour and employment, privacy, AML/financial services, food safety, product safety, health and wellness (including with respect to pharmacy operations), responsible product sourcing, trade compliance, environmental, health and safety, and licenses and permits. Also leads the market Ethics team and co-leads market-level enterprise risk management together with our CFO. Delivering substantial savings while transforming the organization, upgrading key talent, and sharpening key risk mitigation programs through digitization, automation and seamless integration with our business. A key stakeholder in Walmart Canada\'s mission to become a regenerative company, and also serves as Strategic Operating Partner for other Walmart International Ethics and Compliance teams.
