My career has always centred around one thing: people. While I’ve built and led successful entrepreneurial businesses at a senior level, what’s driven me most is understanding human behaviour and helping others reach their full potential.Early in my career, I followed a path others expected of me. I progressed, but I didn’t feel fulfilled—until I discovered that my true passion lay in unlocking potential within individuals and teams. Over time, I realised that no matter how great a product or strategy is, what truly drives success is how leaders nurture, support, and inspire the people around them.Today, I work closely with organisations and their leaders to build cultures where people feel energised, included, and empowered to thrive.
